Triton Middle East is a specialty real estate development, investment and structured finance firm that was formed to develop and invest in unique real estate opportunities in the GCC. Triton's operations are presently focused in the State of Qatar and in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Triton was founded by two partners who have been involved in various businesses together over the past ten years: Brian McCormick of the United States and Andrew Ruhan of the United Kingdom. The principals have lifelong experience in the residential and commercial sectors of the real estate development, investment and structured finance industries.

Triton Middle East currently owns the following properties in Doha, Qatar: 9 towers at the Pearl Qatar; the Brooq Tower in West Bay; and a Luxury Hotel and Residences. Triton also has a pipeline of developments in Abu Dhabi that will be announced shortly. During their dealings in Qatar and Abu Dhabi over the past several years, the principals have worked together with many prominent businessmen on the pipeline of projects they have developed. Relationship building is the cornerstone of deal sourcing and project finance for Triton.
